Orville Peck Nashville Concert reviews
Disappointment
The lack of ushers resulted in lost patrons still wandering about 20 minutes after the show was supposed to begin. With insurance, I could have saved the $1,000 and watched a televised performance. We bought and paid for the tickets months in advance and sent several EMails inquiring when they would be available, but they were ignored. The service from Ticketmaster was extremely poor. The online pictures disguised this as they showed the balcony much closer to the stage. If you have a policy of not producing the product until 72 hours prior to its date, you should advise clients upfront and avoid causing unnecessary concern. You might have your people answer EMails, especially since you are not referring to a minor sum, but close to a thousand dollars. Overall, I would rate your performance as needing review and the venue as a totally inappropriate location for a performance. It appeared to be set up for sporting events, so, keep it at that. The $860 seats required binoculars to see the stage.
